Nova-Tech International (Nova-Tech) retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order canceled. Nova-Tech therefore encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be canceled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Nova-Tech expressly consents.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Nova-Tech. Request the Nova-Tech Return Authorization Form by calling (866) 433-6682 (8AM-5PM, CST, Monday through Friday), or if logged in go to the My Account tab and click on Request a Return in the Orders section of the screen. Once Nova-Tech has approved the return, a Return form will be sent to you with shipping instructions.
Generally, Nova-Tech will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Only unused and undamaged items in original product packaging will be accepted for return to stock. All credits/refunds are based on acceptance of material as new and unused by our inspection personnel.
At Nova-Tech's sole discretion, Nova-Tech may impose up to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee on items returned.
