Our Web Site Registration allows you to create and customize a User Profile for yourself so that you can log in and use all of the functions available at www.novatech-usa.com. Registration does not mean you must place orders at www.novatech-usa.com. In fact, you can be a Registered User but never order anything online.
WHY WOULD I REGISTER? Many of the tools, functions and capabilities of www.novatech-usa.com are available only to registered users. For example, as a registered user you can access the following in the My Account tab:
- Access your Open Accounts Receivable Register
- Make a Credit Card Payment on your Open Account Invoices
- View your historic Quotes/ Estimates
- View your current Open Orders
- View your Order history
- Update your Customer Profile including Shipping and Billing locations, default Shipping Method, and Payment Information.
- Access your historic Support Cases
- Contact Support to initiate a new Support Case
- Change your login E-mail or Password
- See your resale - contract-specific prices on all products in the Products tab.
WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? Any information provided to us by site visitors in purchase orders, registration forms, and surveys will be used for authorized purposes only. We do not provide any of this information to mailing lists or other third parties.
DO I NEED A NOVA-TECH OPEN ACCOUNT TO REGISTER? No. You can still create a user profile, register, and then log in each time you start a session. You'll be able to use many of the features available only to Registered Users.
HOW DO I SET UP A NOVA-TECH OPEN ACCOUNT? Open accounts are available to corporate customers only. To apply for a new Nova-Tech open account follow the procedure listed in the Open Account page. Your new open account will be approved as soon as possible. Then the open account purchasing will be added to your profile and you'll be notified by e-mail when it is available for online purchasing. In the meantime, you can place credit-card orders.
If you already have a valid Nova-Tech open account, you must register to use it online. Your open account will be available for online use within 24 hours after you register.
WHEN WOULD I REGISTER? You can register any time, but we recommend you register as soon as you decide to use www.novatech-usa.com so that you can take advantage of all of the features, functions, and capabilities the site offers. You only register once, and you can change your registration information (User Profile) whenever you like.
HOW DO I REGISTER? Register online by clicking the Register link at the top right of our web page and completing the form provided. Please note that required fields are indicated and must be filled in. Once registered, go to the My Account tab and update your Customer Profile including Shipping and Billing locations, default Shipping Method, and Payment Information.
