V-6-60

This model is a V-6 Series Mini Pump with a single drive to one pump head. A compact unit the V-6 mini pump is designed for lighter metering applications. It is ideal for use in chemical feed to cooling towers and related applications where a controlled volume of extremely corrosive chemical treatment is required. The V-6 is a heavy duty hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps designed for trouble free operation with a minimum of maintenance. The pump end of the unit utilizes a precision inline machined casting insuring exact alignment of the drive mechanism and the piston head assembly, minimizing wear. The pump is driven by a continuous heavy duty oil filled speed reducer. The wet end of the pump is precision machined and utilizes a piston to displace oil which in turn flexes a diaphragm. The piston and ceramic ball check valves are places on the inlet and outlet of the pump wet end. The output of the pumps is varied from zero to maximum by manually adjusting the piston stroke length. V-6 mini pumps are prepackaged with a 1/20 Horsepower, 120VAC, Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled, 60Hz, 1 Phase gear drive motor.
