IP65: Dust-tight and protected against water jets (safe to clean up under the faucet).

This model is convenient for measuring food products of high sugar content such as malt, honey, jam, marmalade.  Specially developed for upper range concentration solutions, Brix 58% - 90%.
The MASTER-3a is a water resistant automatic temperature compensating type refractometer made by Atago. Temperature compensations are conducted in a built-in mechanism, enabling you to concentrate on your measurements without worrying about the temperature. While featuring functions such as Easy-to-Read, Easy-to-Hold, Smooth sampling, Easy disposal of sample from the edge, the improvement of hygiene aspect by employing the new type of grip, and well balanced structure, emphasis is also placed on its design, well exemplified by the streamlined body and the strong grip with rich texture.
