The HHR-2N Honey refractometer is specially designed to determine the percentage of water contained in honey.
Includes: Calibration standard liquid LB (Part# RE-2100-83N), protective storage case, calibration screwdriver and owner's manual.

This refractometer has a scale for measuring the percentage of water contained in honey. By simple operation the user can obtain a direct reading quickly of water content in honey.
Temperature Correction: The thermometer attached to the refractometer is provided with a temperature correction water content % scale to indicate the correction value needed to calculate the value at the standard 20C. Readings can be corrected easily by adding or subtracting the indicated correction value on the thermometer.
