5523 POLAX-2L

This model of polarimeter is widely used in sugar refineries, university research, flavors, fragrances, essential oils, identification and characterization of chemicals, and measuring sugar concentration and purity in food products.
An added feature of the Polax-2L are the operation switches. R(+) or Right Rotation rotates the analyzer slowly to the right (in the slow mode). L(-) or Left Rotation rotates the analyzer slowly to the left (in the slow mode). Temp or Shift switch provides a faster rotation (in the shift mode) when pressed simultaneously with either the (+) switch or the (-) switch.
