Bung Mount Mixers-Agitators

Bung thread Mount Mixers-Agitators mount through with a bung hole in a tank or drum cover

The thread mount mixers provides a simple means of mounting smaller mixers onto tanks or drums with a bung hole in the cover. Thread mounts feature a 2 inch nipple which screws directly into a standard bung, cutting labor and cost by eliminating the need for drilling mounting holes or providing additional mixer supports. The thread mount holds the mixer securely in a vertical position.

Mixer Sizing Graph

To select the proper mixer horsepower and speed, follow the sizing graph below. For example: a 40 gallon tank at 100 cps would require a 1/4HP 1725 RPM mixer, and a 3,000 gallon tank at 400 cps would require a 1 1/2HP 350 RPM mixer.
