47001 COLOROMAT
The Schmidt+Haensch Automatic Colorimeter Model COLOROMAT is a single beam colorimeter for color measurements. It allows for easy measurement of transmission, extrinction and ICUMSA color units. The sample chamber of the COLOROMAT is ample enough to allow for the use of polarimeter tubes up to 100mm (even flow through tubes) as standard cuvettes. Other cuvettes for this model are 50 & 100mm flow through cuvettes and standard rectangular cuvettes. The software included is equipped with a continuous measuring mode with free configurable sampling rate for monitoring color changes in products streams or as a function of time. Transfer of data is outputted by a RS 232 C Interface. Some basic applications for the COLOROMAT are color measurement of liquid crystal sugar (ICUMSA), color index determination of soft drinks, determination of the color of extracts (coffee a.o.), simple extinction measurements, and monitoring of color changes as a function of time. All measurements are displayed on an LCD display with dimensions of 2 x 16 characters.
