An Alcohol Burner is useful for flame sterilization. This lab burner has a glass reservoir with long wick and snap-on metal cap. The burner stands about 3-3/4 inches tall and is designed to burn pure alcohols such as denatured ethyl (recommended) or methyl.

Features a sturdy, heavy-walled glass design with a large capacity of 150ml. Fitted with a nickel-plated brass cap used to extinguish the flame and to prevent the evaporation of alcohol. Either methyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol can be used with the lamp.
