The LMI Series J5 12 Volt DC powered Metering/Chemical Injection/Dosing Pumps - electromagnetic solenoid driven diaphragm pumps.

Viscosities up to 400 centipoise standard.
Manual stroke length and selectable manual stroke frequency control or external pacing control.
Manually adjustable stroke length provides accurate pump output adjustment.
NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosures for protection against corrosive environments.
Time tested electronics for reliable, repeatable performance.
Totally encapsulated electronics for protection against moisture and corrosive conditions.
Priming valves with Fluorofilm diaphragms and ramp style knobs for hands free priming.
Ideal for agricultural and solar powered installations.

0.010 to 1.0 GPH (gallons per hour), 0.038 to 3.8 LPH (liters per hour)
Output rated at 60 PSI (4.1 BAR) maximum injection pressure.
Stroke length control (20 to 100%).
Stroke frequency control (5 to 100 Strokes per Minute, or Automatic external pacing/pulse input).
Liquid Wet End: PVDF (head & fittings), Ceramic (check balls), Fluorofilm (diaphragm), PVDF/Polyprel (check valve).
Accessory: 4FV (four function valve) - anti-siphon, back pressure, priming/pressure release and pressure relief. 3/8" OD white opaque polyethylene tubing.
Voltage: 12 Volt DC Powered.
Includes: 4FV, 3/8" OD PE tubing (16 ft/4.8 m) with compression connections, foot valve and strainer, 1/2" NPT male injection check/back pressure valve, and instruction manual.
