Bellwether Crucibles are high form; glazed inside and out except for outside bottom surface. Bellwether crucibles are fired at 1205°C (2201°F) and tested as follows: Porcelain is oven-heated to 1100°C (2012°F), Cooled to 400°C (752°F) in oven, and Removed from oven and further cooled to 20°C (68°F).
Note: Cycle must be repeated at least three times to pass.
