This Pulsafeeder Liquid Level Control/Alarm has an adjustable level wand, power and low level indicators, and pump and alarm control. They are designed to provide reliable level control at reasonable prices. Their unique design separates the control circuitry from the level wand, allowing the fiberglass control box to be mounted on the wall to avoid contact with corrosive chemical vapors. These units are ideal for low level control of a chemical pump and/or an alarm device. One side of the dual receptacle is NC (normally closed) and labeled "pump", while the other receptacle is NO (normally open) and labeled "alarm". The level wand is designed to be inserted into a chemical container with a 2 inch bung hole. The wand can then be adjusted to the proper level and secured in place. The low voltage cable connects the control box to the level wand.
This model can be used as an independent level probe to supply a switch closure to any device requiring a low level contact, such as a Pulsatron Plus Electronic Metering Pump.
The enclosure is made of fiberglass with an 8 foot (2.4meter) power cord and duplex receptacle. The wand is made of PVC and Polypropylene. The ambient temperatures can be -40 to 140°F (-40 to 60°C) with Zero to 100% relative humidity.
