Minimum - Maximum, Min-Max Thermometers display the high and low temperatures

Minimum - Maximum Thermometers register maximum and minimum temperatures. Used for recording temperature differentials. Some of the instruments are available in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, digital, and data logging compatible.
