The result is a series of positive displacement diaphragm metering pumps that are totally self-priming and maintain their prime even in the most demanding water conditioning and water treatment applications.
Self-Priming! The unique degas valve system is designed to allow air to be vented from the pump head while minimizing the return fluid volume. This allows the pump to be totally self-priming, which eliminates the need for a bleed valve. The degassing head also prevents the pump from losing is prime due to gas build up, especially in applications where the pump is run intermittently with long off times between runs.
Maintains its prime - all the time! The degas valve system ensures that the pump maintains its prime - even when metering difficult chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite or sodium hydroxide - saving you valuable time and money by eliminating unnecessary service calls.
Simple Maintenance. The diaphragm metering pump design means that there is no hassle in changing out peristaltic tubes or cleaning up messes from peristaltic tube failures.
Feed Rate Control. The output is fully adjustable over the entire operating range.
