Pulsafeeder Process Control InstrumentationThe Pulsafeeder Vision Series is a line of process control instrumentation has been designed to handle a multitude of applications and is modular and expandable. Each controller comes equipped with an IntelliSense which records several different scales. These controllers are availalbe in single or dual system process control for some of the most rugged environments.
In a few simple steps, a complete custom control package can be created to suit almost any application. These are not required steps, simply a suggestion/guideline to illuminate the best possibly assembly of a complete control package.
1) Start by selecting a controller from either the UniVision or LiquiVision lines.
2) Select the desired IntelliSense package.
3) If ordering a LiquiVision unit and more than three USB inputs/outputs are required, select a USB Expansion Hub (under Parts & Accessories).
4) If ordering a LiquiVision unit and more than four relays are required, select a Relay Expansion Box (under Parts & Accessories).
5) Choose a Flow Assembly (under Parts & Accessories), or a Custom Panel System.
6) Choose desired accessories such as the IntelliScan to upgrade your calibration process.

By converting analog sensor input to a digital signal, the IntelliSense provides automatic sensor recognition that eliminates drifting potential and allow travel of up to 1,000 feet (multipurpose IntelliSense has a max of 15 feet). Each of the 5 available sensory heads are color coded and measure a multitude of variables. Available as separate items either IntelliSense or a sensor; or in a package which includes the IntelliSense, sensor, and cables. |
