Atago 2323 MASTER-2M Handheld Brix Refractometer.

This model is convenient for measuring mid-range Brix values of concentrated fruit juices, canned goods, sugar solution infusions, sauces, soy sauce, ketchup, seasonings in liquid form as well as for low sugar jams and spreads. Specially developed for low concentration solutions, Brix 32% or less. The MASTER-M is the successor model for the N-1a model. Featuring functions such as Easy-to-Read, Easy-to-Hold, Smooth sampling, Easy disposal of sample from the edge, the improvement of hygiene aspect by employing the new type of grip, and well balanced structure, emphasis is also placed on its design, well exemplified by the streamlined body and the strong grip with rich texture.
