Pulsatron Plus Series T7 combination pump & controller provides control of the feeding of biocide or other chemical that must be fed on a timed scheduleThe Pulsatron Plus Series T7 was designed to feed chemical products on a timed schedule. Typical applications include the feed of biocides in open-air cooling towers. The feed cycle is initiated and controlled by the programmable timer. The series T7 provides everything the user needs in one unique, compact package to create a simple and cost effective metering system for timed applications.
The Series T7 is controlled by a 7-day programmable timer. The timer is programmable in 1-minute increments with up to 8 on/off cycles per day. Each timed event can be set to run any day of the week on a 7-day cycle.
Other control features include a standby mode, continuous 'ON' mode and the ability to adjust the stroke length form 0 - 100%.
- Complete Timer Control in on unique package. There is no need for a separate timer. All timer functions are integrated into the pump eliminating the expense of purchasing and installing another piece of equipment.
- Event-based 7-day Cycle Control. Event based timer allows the Series T7 to be used for a wide variety of timed applications, including the feed of Biocides.
- Reliable metering performance. Guided check valves with the proven seat and ball designs make Pulsatron the most reliable metering pumps in the world. Pulsatron pumps are known for excellent suction lift characteristics resulting in highly dependable chemical additions.
- Rated 'hot' for continuous duty. Pulsatron Plus pumps continue to meet their specifications for pressure and capacity during extended use. The solenoid is separately encapsulated in a fin-cooled, thermal-conductive enclosure that effectively dissipates heat away from the electronics.
- Leak-free, wet end without seals. The diaphragms are of superior construction - PTFE-faced, bonded to a composite of Hypalon and fabric layers and reinforced with a metal insert for optimum flexibility and durability.
