Pulsatron Series D metering pump, Model LFC4 0.48 - 48.0 GPD (gallons per day), 0.020 - 2.00 GPH (gallons per hour), 0.0034 - 0.034 ounces per stroke. 1.82 - 181.7 LPD (liters per day), 0.076 - 7.57 LPH (liters per hour), 0.101 - 1.01 milliliters per stroke. Output rated at 50 PSI (3.3 BAR) maximum injection pressure, viscosities up to 1000 centipoise. Control: Standby-On, digitally adjustable stroke frequency control (1-100%), provides 100:1 flow rate turn down ratio. Includes: a weighted foot valve/strainer assembly, a bleed valve assembly, a 1/2" NPT male injection fitting/back pressure check valve assembly, 4' suction tubing, 4' bleed/return tubing, 8' discharge tubing and Owners Manual. The Pulsatron Series D is a solenoid driven chemical injection-dosing-metering pump with digital keypad control for accurate metering with scrolling menus that appear on the easy to read 16 digit LCD backlit display. The Series D allows the user to create a flow control system to stop the pump if flow of the liquid is lost. Simplified programming is provided by the internationally recognized symbols of the four-button touch pad control. The design features internal dampening to reduce noise and water resistance which makes it excellent for both quite indoor use and durable outdoor use. Coming standard with these pumps is a safe and easy priming with durable leak-fee bleed valve assembly. To reduce back flow and enhance outstanding priming characteristics, each model has innovative guided ball check valve systems. - Reliable metering performance. The guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction lift characteristics. The timing circuit is highly reliable and, by design, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI, and other electrical disturbances.
- Rated "hot" for continuous duty. Series D pumps continue to meet their specifications for pressure and capacity even during extended use. That's because of the high quality solenoid and special enclosure that effectively dissipates heat.
- High viscosity capability. A straight flow path and ample clearance between the diaphragm and head enable standard Pulsatron pumps to handle viscous chemicals up to a viscosity of 1000 CPS.
- Leak-free, seal less, liquid end. The diaphragms are of superior construction - PTFE-faced, bonded to a composite of Hypalon and fabric layers, and reinforced with a metal insert for optimum flexibility and durability.
