POLARTRONIC MHZ

Fully automatic precise and high-resolution sugar polarimeter. Fully electronic circle polarimeter with rotating analyzer directly coupled to the optical encoder. Therefore the accuracy of the instrument is stable over the whole measuring range. The instrument completely fulfills the recommendations of ICUMSA, O.I.M.L. and others. The measurement is carried out constantly without pressing a button so that flow through measurements can easily be performed. The instrument is equipped with 4 freely definable function keys and a numeric keypad.
The circle polarimeter Polartronic MHZ is constantly giving the actual rotation value of the sample. The result will be shown in the International Sugar Scale, ISS, directly after switching the instrument on. In this scale, a reading of 100.00 °Z is achieved with an aqueous solution of 26 g of pure sucrose in 100 cm3 of solution. With the arrow keys on the key board you can switch over to other scales, which are °Z*2 (13 g instead of 26 g) and angular degrees in the standard version of the instrument. You can define your own scales also.
The 8 line LCD display with 30 characters per line is configurable. The customer can program up to 30 special scales (glucose, mono sodium glutamat or other). The instrument has a versatile software for test routines and configurations. It is equipped with a configurable RS232 interface. Other interfaces (or additional) are available.
Various sample tubes for different applications are on stock. The wavelength is the standard of 589,44 nm.
These models contain the possibility to connect the measuring head of a refractometer of our DUR series so that two instruments can be controlled over one electronic unit and the values are displayed in the same display. This connection can be performed on existing instruments as well.
With a special software and this combination a purity analyzer is created without the need for a PC.
