General DescriptionPulsafeeder CHEM-TECH Series 200 & 250 pumps are mechanically activated, heavy duty diaphragm chemical feed pumps that provide excellent efficiency under strenuous conditions. The Series 200 pumps are popular for their rugged design for continuous duty operation, while the Series 250 combines the power and repeatability of piston pumps with the chemical resistance of diaphragm pumps for high pressure applications.
Pump ControlsAdjustment is by means of readily accessible lockable dial knob for changing stroke length. The knob is located opposite the liquid handling end.
Drive AssemblyThe pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts. A tried-and-true electric motor transfers power via a sealed gearbox and eccentric cam for smooth, reliable dosing.
Materials of ConstructionSee Specifications tab. The compact, injection-molded housing and pump head offer both affordability and chemical resistance. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Valve seat and seals are renewable by replacement.
