This kit contains everything you need in one convenient case. All probes (except the clip on oven and Velcro surface probes) have integral handles with 5ft coiled cable.

K probe - general purpose: -418 to 1652°F (-250 to 900°C) temperature range, 5 in tip length
K probe - air/gas: -418 to 572°F (-250 to 300°C) temperature range, 8.5 in tip length
K probe - surface: -418 to 1200°F (-250 to 649°C) temperature range, 10 in tip length
The general purpose type K kit is ideal for almost any application requiring higher temperature measurements. Measure the temperatures of semi-solids, liquids, gases, and surfaces.
