Digi-Sense Food Service Type T Thermocouple Thermometry Kit
The food service type T kit measures the temperature of foods, liquids, ovens, and grills.
The general purpose probe measures the temperature of semisolids, liquids, and gases. The penetration probe with hypodermic tip, 316SS handle, and 4ft straight armored cable is ideal for meat temperatures. Use the surface probe with 3ft, 304SS braid over fiberglass-insulated wire for your grill and warming surface temperatures. The clip-on probe with 10ft, 304SS braid over fiberglass-insulated wire is perfect for checking oven temperatures.
This kit contains everything you need in one convenient case. Al probes (except the clip-on oven and Velcro surface probes) have integral handles with a 5ft coiled cable.
