Question: I'm outside of the United States (it's territories), and Canada. Can I still order from Nova-Tech International?
Answer: YES, Of Course. International customers my order through the Nova-Tech Web Site. The freight cost for international shipments is added to the order at time of shipment. We will contact you to confirm the shipment method you want.
Ordering from us is as easy. You can place an order using any of the following methods.
- On-line by Pointing & Clicking in our Products pages 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Phone +1 (281) 359-8538 Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM US central time. Ask for Nova-Tech Sales Department.
- Fax +1 (281) 359-0084. Print and fax your shopping cart if you like along with your payment and shipping details.
- We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, bank wire transfer, and cashier's check.
- Corporate customers may also establish open account credit. Click on the Open Account link on the left side of the screen for more information.
How To Place An On-Line Order To begin shopping for merchandise from anywhere within our web site, you may click on the Products tab on the top navigation bar, and then select the category or product you are interested in. Once you have reached a shopping area, you can scroll through the items that are available within your category. Click on any product picture or underlined product name to view it in greater detail with additional description and informational downloads.
When you are ready to purchase, click on Buy Now. This places the item in your shopping cart.
To continue shopping, select Continue Shopping.
When you're finished shopping, select the Checkout tab on the top navigation bar. In the Checkout screen, register if a new customer or login if a returning customer. You will be prompted to verify your shipping, billing and credit card information. Once you have verified everything, click on Submit Order. After a few seconds, you will see a page confirming your order and giving you an Order Number to use if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your order via e-mail.
By Phone or Fax To place your order by telephone, please call 1 (281) 359-8538 and ask for Nova-Tech sales department, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM US central time.
You may also place your order by fax at 1 (281) 359-0084. We will call you to confirm shipment and payment instructions, and then process your order. Include your name, phone, fax, and email address so we can contact you once we receive your fax.
