The Lovibond® VARIO Copper Set F10 (535140) is a complete reagent set for the measurement of copper in low concentrations. Copper(I) ions form an intensely yellow porphyrin complex, and the color intensity is used to determine copper levels. This method is ideal for natural waters where copper typically appears only as a trace element, and for monitoring systems where elevated copper may indicate corrosion of copper piping. VARIO Powder Pack reagents feature oversized, easy‑open sachets for clean, consistent dispensing and are optimized for Lovibond® photometers while remaining compatible with many Hach® instruments.
