Dial Thermometers are an excellent choice for many applications including food and beverages quality control, general lab use, asphalt/concrete testing, and soil and compost testing. The smaller stern and face of the standard units fits nicely in a shirt pocket or holder while the face and stem of the large units allow for deeper penetration into the sample.
