General Description
Pulsafeeder MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series peristaltic chemical metering pumps are peristaltic technology metering pumps. The MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series Chemical solution and slurry metering pumps are designed, engineered, and built to last. The pump case is molded of a rugged, chemical resistant ABS. Mounting pads and a built-in wall mounting bracket allow a choice of flat surface or wall mounted installation.
Pump Controls
The pump is equiped with a ON/OFF rocker switch and cycle timer control dial. The control dial provides Variable Run Time Control: (1-100% ON-TIME of a repeating 10 minute cycle).
Drive Assembly
The thermal or impedance protected gear motor is safe, quiet and dependable. All metal gearing parts are heat-treated and the output shaft is supported by heavy-duty bearings.
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. The compact, ABS injection-molded housing and pump head offer both affordability and chemical resistance. The feeder head is molded of UV and acid resistant polycarbonate and is designed to snap on and off without tools. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Peristaltic tubing is renewable by replacement.
