The tapered 304 stainless steel probe measures temperatures in solids, semisolids, liquids, and gases. A large backlit display provides excellent visibility. The folding 4.5″ (114 mm) probe adjusts from 0 to 180° for optimal measurement and viewing angles. Additional features include °F/°C selection, data hold, MIN/MAX functions, and auto shut‑off after 4 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Every Traceable® product includes an individually numbered certificate documenting multi‑point calibration performed in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 A2LA‑accredited laboratory. This ensures traceability to SI units through NIST or other national measurement institutes (NMIs).
