Warranty and Warranty Repair Policy
Authorized Distributor Status
Nova‑Tech International is an authorized distributor for many manufacturers. Products supplied by Nova‑Tech that originate from an original manufacturer or third‑party supplier are not warranted by Nova‑Tech International directly. Instead, Nova‑Tech will assign to the Buyer any warranty rights provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, to the extent such assignment is permitted.
Nova‑Tech International is not responsible for warranty claims arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accident, disaster, or Force Majeure
- Abuse, neglect, misuse, or negligence by the Buyer
- Use of the product in a manner for which it was not designed
- External causes (e.g., power failure, electrical surges)
- Improper storage or handling
- Use with equipment or software not supplied by Nova‑Tech
- Ordinary maintenance
- Alterations, repairs, or installations not performed by Nova‑Tech or an authorized representative
- Failure to maintain the product according to written instructions

Warranty Repairs / Returns
If a product is defective upon delivery or becomes defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period, it may qualify as a warranty repair or return. Each manufacturer has its own warranty and repair procedures, which Nova‑Tech will follow.
Return labels are not provided in most cases, as this is determined by the manufacturer’s policy.
International Orders
Warranty repairs and returns apply to U.S. deliveries only. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to Nova‑Tech International and for return shipping back to the customer if the warranty claim is accepted.
In some cases, a new item must be ordered or shipping fees prepaid before a replacement can be sent. Instructions will be provided if a warranty claim is approved.
Nova‑Tech International does not pay duties, taxes, or customs fees. Packages requiring payment will be refused.
