Warranty and Warranty Repair Policy


Nova-Tech International is an authorized Distributor for many Manufacturers

Products supplied by Nova-Tech International that are obtained by Nova-Tech International from an original manufacturer or third party supplier are not warranted by Nova-Tech International, but Nova-Tech International agrees to assign to Buyer any warranty rights in such Product that Nova-Tech International may have from the original manufacturer or third party supplier, to the extent such assignment is permitted by such original manufacturer or third party supplier. Nova-Tech International shall not have any obligation or liability for warranty remedies or otherwise with respect to any damage, defect or non-conformity caused, in whole or in part, as the result of (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) accident, disaster or event of Force Majeure, (iii) abuse, neglect, misuse, fault or negligence of or by Buyer, (iv) use of the Products in a manner for which they were not designed, (v) causes external to the Products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges, (vi) improper storage and handling of the Products, (vii) use of the Products in combination with equipment or software not supplied by Nova-Tech International, (viii) ordinary maintenance, (ix) alterations, repairs or installations that have not been performed by Nova-Tech International or its authorized representative or (x) failure to maintain Products in accordance with Nova-Tech International’s or the manufacuturer's written instructions.

Warranty Repairs/Returns

Nova-Tech International is an authorized distributor for a variety of manufacturers. If the product ordered is defective after the order has been delivered or becomes defective during the manufacturer's warranty period, it will be considered a warranty repair/return. Each manufacturer has warranty/repair guidelines we will follow. Return labels for the items to be sent back to either our location or the manufacturer's location will not be provided in most circumstances as per the policy of the manufacturer.

International Orders

Warranties/Returns are for the US deliveries only. The customer will be responsible for all fees/shipping charges to Nova-Tech International and shipping charges back to the customer, if a warranty or return is accepted, for an order shipping outside of the United States. Either a new item will have to be ordered or prepayment of the shipping fees back to the customer will have to be made. This will be at the discretion of Nova-Tech Intenational and insturctions will be provide at the time a warranty claim is accepted. Nova-Tech Internaional will not pay duties/taxes/customs fees and the package will be refused if payment needs to be collected.
