Answer:YES, of course. International customers may place orders directly through the Nova‑Tech website. Freight charges for international shipments are added at the time of shipment. We will contact you to confirm your preferred shipping method.
How to Place an Order
You may order using any of the following methods:
- Online: Browse our Products pages and order 24/7.
- Phone:+1 (281) 359‑8538 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time (Press 1 for Sales).
- Fax: +1 (281) 359‑0084 — You may print and fax your shopping cart along with payment and shipping details.
- We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, bank wire transfer, and EFT.
- Corporate customers may establish open account credit. See our Open Account page for details.
How to Place an Online Order
To begin shopping, click the Products tab in the top navigation bar and select the category or product you need. Browse available items and click any product image or name for full details.
When ready to purchase, click Add to Shopping Cart. To continue shopping, select Continue Shopping.
When finished, click the Checkout tab. New customers may register; returning customers may log in. You will be prompted to verify shipping, billing, and payment information. Once confirmed, click Submit Order.
You will receive an on‑screen confirmation with your Order Number, and we will also send an email confirmation.
Ordering by Phone or Fax
To order by phone, call +1 (281) 359‑8538 (Press 1 for Sales), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time.
To order by fax, send your order to +1 (281) 359‑0084. Include your name, phone number, fax number, and email address so we can confirm shipment and payment instructions.
