Shipping Polices

We believe in an honest shipping policy with our customers' satisfaction out top priority by providing excellent customer service and transparent polices.

Item Shipment Locations

As we are distributor for many manufacturers, we cannot keep every single item in stock. When items are not in stock, most orders could be drop-shipped directly to our customers. These determinations are made by our purchasing department at time items are ordered to help insure proper inventory levels and customer satisfaction. If your items are drop shipped, we will provide information about your order as we receive it from the manufacturer. We strive to provide order processing as fast as we can to ensure quality customer service and prompt delivery.

Damaged Items/Shipping Concerns

Please inspect your package upon delivery. We make every effort to properly package your shipment for safe transit during its journey. We will only accept shipping damage claims within (30) days from the shipment date. If your items do not arrive as expected, please us the Contact Us link to submit a support case or give us a call to help get the situation resolved. Please reference our Returns & Refunds page which includes the required items for a damaged package request.Domestic Shipments
Orders received for shipment within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and FPO/APO addresses can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other requested service.

International Shipments

Orders received for shipment outside the Continental United States and its territories, can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Air Freight, Ocean Freight or other requested service. As our company name implies, we have been shipping to international customers since day one. We have experienced export department staff fully certified in IATA, IMDG, and US DOT regulations. If your order has items considered to be Hazardous and your shipment is shipping to a freight forwarder, the forwarder MUST be a Hazmat trained/certified shipper. This can be verified with the freight forwarder you choose. Nova-Tech International reserves the right to cancel an order which does not fit these requirements. We do provide these packing services for most order at an additional fee if requested via a Hazmat Fee. Nova-Tech International is not responsible for any additional fees or services once your shipment has been shipped by our warehouse.

Normal Order Deadlines

Orders placed online, by phone, or fax on a business day Monday - Friday before 12 p.m. CST (USA Central Time) usually will be shipped the SAME DAY based upon availability. Saturday and Sunday orders, and orders placed after the above cutoff times will be shipped the NEXT business day based upon availability. RUSH orders will need to be placed and finalized as soon as possible as many of our manufacturers have early morning cut-offs for shipping same day.

Delivery Times

The number of days your order will take to arrive is dependent on the shipping service you choose. We cannot provide delivery dates as once the items leave our warehouse the package is the responsibility of the carrier. Tracking numbers are provided once they are available for your reference on your sales receipt/invoice. Shipping speed cannot be changed once an order is being picked or packed with us or the manufacturer.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.

Undeliverable Shipments

For any shipment which are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address, no mail receptacle available, customer not picking up the package after notification by the delivery service, or for any other reason (noted by the delivery service), we will credit the merchandise amount back to your account or credit card when returned. If we are instructed to ship to a different address, the additional shipping amount will be billed to your account or charged to your credit card upon shipment.

Additional Fees/Price Changes after Submittal of Online Order

We strive to give you the most accurate prices online during checkout. In rare cases, some fees are for specific items or situations, which we cannot apply these fees pre-order. Nova-Tech International reserves the right to charge additional fees due to the items size, weight, ship-to address, additional fees provided by the manufacturer, and other special shipping situations.

If additional fees will be required, your order will be placed on HOLD. A customer service representative will contact you with the additional fees and a revised order acknowledgement via email. Once we get approval back from the customer the order will be processed according to the update order acknowledgement.
