Shipping Policies
We believe in honest and transparent shipping practices, with customer satisfaction as our top priority. Our goal is to provide excellent service, clear communication, and reliable delivery.
Item Shipment Locations
As a distributor for many manufacturers, we cannot keep every item in stock. When items are not available in our warehouse, orders may be drop‑shipped directly from the manufacturer. Our purchasing department determines the best fulfillment method at the time of order to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
If your items are drop‑shipped, we will provide updates as we receive them from the manufacturer. We strive to process all orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
Damaged Items / Shipping Concerns
Please inspect your package upon delivery. We make every effort to package shipments securely, but damage can occur during transit.
We accept damage claims within 30 days of the shipment date. If your items do not arrive as expected, please use the Contact Us form or call us for assistance.

Domestic Shipments
Orders shipping within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other requested services.
International Shipments
Orders shipping outside the United States may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, or other requested services.
Our export department is fully certified in IATA, IMDG, and U.S. DOT regulations. If your order contains hazardous materials and is shipping to a freight forwarder, the forwarder must be a Hazmat‑certified shipper. This must be verified with your chosen forwarder.
Nova‑Tech reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements. Hazmat packing services are available for most orders for an additional fee. Nova‑Tech is not responsible for any additional fees or services once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Normal Order Deadlines
Orders placed online, by phone, or by fax Monday–Friday before 12:00 p.m. CST typically ship the same day, based on availability. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
RUSH orders should be placed as early as possible, as many manufacturers have early morning cutoff times for same‑day shipping.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as carriers assume responsibility once the package leaves our warehouse.
Tracking numbers are provided on your sales receipt/invoice when available. Shipping speed cannot be changed once an order is being picked or packed by us or the manufacturer.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address, no mail receptacle, failure to pick up the package, customs return, or any other carrier‑reported reason, we will credit the merchandise amount minus any carrier fees.
A new order must be placed to reship the item(s).
Additional Fees / Price Changes After Order Submission
We strive to provide accurate pricing during checkout. However, certain fees cannot be calculated in advance and may apply based on item size, weight, destination, manufacturer charges, or special shipping requirements.
If additional fees are required, your order will be placed on HOLD. A customer service representative will contact you with the updated fees and a revised order acknowledgement. Once approval is received, the order will be processed accordingly.
