The pin‑style moisture meter measures moisture levels in wood products such as sawn timber, cardboard, and paper, as well as hardened materials including plaster, concrete, and mortar. Moisture content is displayed as a percentage, and temperature can be viewed in selectable °F or °C units.

Operation is simple: insert the electrode pins as far as possible into the testing area, then repeat measurements in surrounding locations to obtain a representative moisture profile. Advanced features include °F/°C selection, wood or material humidity modes, backlit display, low‑battery indicator, and auto power‑off to conserve battery life.
