A limit control is a secondary safety device and a must for applications where temperature overshoot can cause serious problems. Used in conjunction with primary temperature control, the limit control will cut power to its output and turn off all resistive loads if your upper-temperature setpoint is achieved. The display shows both the limit setpoint and safe mode/alarm condition at the same time. A manual reset is required if an alarm condition occurs. The controller also features an audible alarm function, temperature selectable and one panel mounted receptacle that accepts a three-prong plug. This unit comes with a lattice support bracket, which is ideal for mounting to maximize space.
