The Traceable® Kangaroo™ Thermometer is a compact, portable Type K thermocouple thermometer designed for rugged, everyday use. Its unique “Kangaroo Pouch” stores the 42‑inch probe cable inside the back of the meter, allowing you to unwrap only the length needed and lock the cable in place. The stainless‑steel probe handles general‑purpose to semi‑caustic applications with dependable accuracy.

The unit automatically captures and recalls minimum and maximum temperature readings over any time period. High and low alarms can be programmed in 1° increments, with audible alerts repeating every minute until readings return to a non‑alarm condition. The meter includes selectable °C/°F scale, on/off, Min/Max, hold, and alarm functions. Each thermometer is supplied with an individually numbered NIST‑traceable certificate from an A2LA‑accredited calibration laboratory.
