This big‑digit four‑alarm thermometer features both a built‑in air sensor and an external bullet probe with a 3‑1/2 ft cable for monitoring liquids, air/gas, and semisolids. The multiline LCD includes large 1‑1/8″ high digits for easy viewing from a distance. Users can configure up to four alarm conditions—above a set point, below a set point, between two points, or outside two points. When an alarm is triggered, the unit provides both visual and audible alerts.

The thermometer recalls minimum and maximum temperature values and includes an auto‑off function to conserve battery life. Each unit is supplied with an individually numbered NIST‑traceable certificate from an A2LA‑accredited calibration laboratory.
