This high-accuracy thermometer measures temperatures from –200 to 1370°C (–328 to 2498°F) with a typical accuracy of ±1°C. The Relative Measurement mode allows users to compare a measured temperature against a reference point, making it ideal for process validation, equipment troubleshooting, and comparative testing applications.

A built-in count-up timer provides a convenient time reference while recording Min/Max measurements. Real-time data can be exported to a computer or data logger using the RS-232 output, helping simplify documentation, monitoring, and reporting tasks.

The instrument accepts Type J, K, and T thermocouple probes for exceptional flexibility. The included multi-purpose stainless steel Type K probe is suitable for measuring liquids, air/gases, and semisolids, making this thermometer a versatile choice for a wide variety of environments.

The large 1/2″ high LCD is easy to read, while the backlight improves visibility in dimly lit areas. Additional features include Hold, Min/Max memory, low-battery indication, and simple unit selection between °F and °C.

This rigorous validation eliminates the need for separate calibration, saving both time and cost.
