This Traceable® Excursion‑Trac™ Data Logging Thermometer provides continuous refrigerator/freezer monitoring with a rolling memory that stores the most recent 525,600 temperature observations. The display simultaneously shows high, low, and current temperatures, and Smart‑Alarm™ alerts visually and audibly even if conditions return to the acceptable range. The two included glass bottle probes simulate product temperature and connect via microcables that allow refrigerator or freezer doors to close on them. Logged data and alarm events can be downloaded by USB for documentation. Each unit is supplied with a NIST‑traceable calibration certificate issued by an A2LA‑accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory.
