This Traceable® Fridge/Freezer Digital Thermometer features a triple-display that simultaneously shows high, low, and current temperatures. The sealed bottle probe is designed to simulate product temperature and minimize rapid fluctuations when refrigerator or freezer doors are opened. Minimum and maximum readings are stored until the memory is cleared, and a programmable alarm alerts when temperature deviates from set limits. Each unit is supplied with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate issued by an A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory.
