This Traceable® Jumbo Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer provides clear, easy-to-read temperature monitoring with a large 1.5-inch display. The included bottle probe simulates product temperature, reducing the impact of rapid air fluctuations when refrigerator or freezer doors open. A built‑in alarm alerts when readings rise above or fall below user‑set limits, and min/max memory captures high and low temperatures for compliance documentation. Each unit is supplied with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate issued by an A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory.
