Its dual-channel design enables simultaneous monitoring of two separate storage units or two locations within the same refrigerator, freezer, incubator, or environmental chamber.

Each plastic bottle probe contains nontoxic glycol solution that acts as a temperature buffer, reducing the influence of temporary air temperature fluctuations caused by door openings, defrost cycles, compressor operation, or routine access. This design provides a more representative indication of the temperature experienced by stored materials.

The large LCD triple-display simultaneously provides current, minimum, and maximum temperature readings, allowing users to quickly verify storage conditions and identify potential temperature excursions. Continuous MIN/MAX memory supports regulatory documentation and quality assurance programs.

Audible and visual alarms activate whenever temperatures exceed user-defined limits. Alarm thresholds can be programmed in precise 0.1° increments, and alarm notifications remain active until manually acknowledged to ensure that critical temperature events are not missed.
