Griffco® M-Series Pressure Relief Valve (10 to 150 PSI, CPVC, 1/2" NPT, 2‑Port)
Griffco® M-Series low-flow pressure relief valves are pump system valves designed to protect chemical feed systems from over‑pressure damage caused by defective equipment or blockages in the chemical feed line. Their robust construction ensures reliability in the rigorous service conditions found in municipal and industrial applications.
Griffco diaphragm pressure relief valves operate when the pressure in the chemical system exceeds the preset pressure of the valve. The diaphragm is held against the valve seat by an internal spring; when the preset pressure is exceeded, the diaphragm lifts and diverts flow through the relief port, returning chemical to the supply tank or to the suction side of the pump.
