Pulsafeeder GreenLine Metering Pump, 20.6 GPH @ 145 PSI, 230/460 V, PVDF wet end with Leak Detection

The GreenLine‑GLM DM2D3FC‑L is the highest‑capacity mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump in the DM2 family, equipped with the full leak detection package for enhanced containment and safety. It delivers 20.6 gph (78 lph) at 145 psi (10 bar) with a stroke rate of 175 spm. This model features a corrosion‑resistant PVDF liquid end for excellent compatibility with acids, oxidizers, and aggressive chemical solutions. Paired with a TEFC 230/460 V three‑phase motor, it is designed for demanding industrial environments. The leak detection system—double diaphragm, pressure gauge, and 24 VDC leak switch—provides early warning of diaphragm failure, making it ideal for critical chemical feed applications requiring both high flow and corrosion resistance.
