The GreenLine‑GLM DM5CVFH‑L is a mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump in the DM5C hydraulic group, delivering 88.8 gph (336 lph) at 102 psi (7 bar) with a stroke rate of 140 spm. This model features a corrosion‑resistant PVDF liquid end with FKM seat O‑rings and includes the full leak detection package—double diaphragm, pressure gauge, and 24 VDC leak switch. The integrated VFD accepts 115/230 V single‑phase input and outputs 230/460 V three‑phase power to the motor, enabling variable‑speed control and improved process tuning. With 1.5″ FNPT suction/discharge connections, it is ideal for applications requiring non‑metallic wetted materials, leak monitoring, and VFD‑based flow control.
