SP Bel-Art Secador® 1.0 Clear Carrying Case Desiccator; 0.7 cu.ft.

Secador® Clear Carrying Case Desiccator is molded from durable co-polyester resin formulation that block over 99% of harmful UV light. The large door features a patented sealing design and includes a built-in dial hygrometer for monitoring internal humidity. A molded loop on the door allows the use of a padlock or tamper-evident tag to prevent unauthorized access. Unlike acrylic desiccators, the co-polyester construction can be cleaned and disinfected with ethanol or most laboratory detergents. For best results, use a clean, soft cloth and Bel-Art Aquet® Detergent (F17094-0030); abrasive cleansers should be avoided to prevent surface scratching.

For operation, place the carrying case on a horizontal surface with the handle positioned on top. Insert desiccant cartridges beneath the shelf to absorb moisture from the internal air volume. Load items onto the shelf and close the door securely. Exercise care during transport to avoid spilling contents.
