This vacuum desiccator features a rigid polycarbonate dome and a clear polypropylene base for full sample visibility. The stopcock allows controlled vacuum release. The unit is autoclavable at 120°C for 15 minutes. A silicone O‑ring sits in the flange groove, and vacuum grease should be applied to ensure an airtight seal.
