Amber polypropylene centrifuge tube designed for light‑sensitive samples, preventing light penetration through the tube wall. Includes a blue HDPE leak‑proof screw cap with flat thread design for vacuum‑tight closure exceeding 700 mm Hg. Hydrophobic interior reduces wall effect, and silk‑screen graduations with a frosted writing surface enhance labeling. Autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes (cap not autoclavable). Gamma sterilized and DNase, RNase, pyrogen, and latex‑free. Tubes are packaged 25 per bag, 500 per pack. Rated for centrifugation up to 20,000 RCF.
