Product Details

The Logger-Trac™ 6540TR is engineered for monitoring temperature-sensitive products during storage and transportation. Its compact size and lightweight design make it ideal for refrigerated shipments, vaccine transport, pharmaceutical distribution, laboratory monitoring, and environmental temperature validation.

The logger arrives preconfigured for approximately 30 days of monitoring with readings recorded every 5 minutes and 33 seconds. Users may customize logging intervals, alarm thresholds, monitoring duration, start delays, and other parameters using optional software and communication accessories.

Internal memory stores up to 7,680 temperature readings, each with a date and time stamp for complete traceability. To preserve collected records, the logger automatically stops recording when memory is full rather than overwriting existing data.

A unique quarantine feature provides a highly visible "QUARANTINE" indication whenever temperatures exceed user-defined limits for longer than an allowable duration. This feature helps identify products that may require inspection or evaluation due to temperature excursions.

The rugged IP66-rated enclosure protects the logger in wet, dusty, humid, and refrigerated environments, making it suitable for warehouses, transportation containers, pharmaceutical facilities, food storage areas, and industrial applications.

Optional software and a communication cradle provide advanced programming, reporting, and data download capabilities. Users can configure logging intervals, recording duration, alarm limits, quarantine parameters, time zones, temperature units, and device identification settings.

Each logger includes an individually numbered Traceable® Certificate documenting traceability to SI units through NIST or other recognized National Measurement Institutes. Calibration is performed by an A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory. Guaranteed to have at least one year of calibration remaining on the certificate.
