Product Details

The 6428TR is engineered for demanding low-temperature applications where accuracy and documentation are critical. The included platinum RTD probe provides stable, repeatable measurements throughout the instrument's operating range, making it ideal for ultra-low freezers, laboratory refrigeration, vaccine storage, and pharmaceutical monitoring.

Its Memory-Loc technology stores more than one million data points and automatically stops recording when memory is full, preserving historical records rather than overwriting stored data. This helps support compliance programs and long-term temperature documentation requirements.

Smart-Alarm™ functionality provides both audible and visual alerts when user-defined temperature limits are exceeded. Alarm history stores up to ten individual events, documenting temperature excursions for review and reporting.

Temperature data can be downloaded directly to a USB flash drive in CSV format while monitoring continues uninterrupted. Files may also be uploaded to TraceableLIVE® for centralized record management.

The stainless steel RTD probe includes a 10-ft PTFE cable, allowing doors on refrigerators and freezers to close securely while the display remains outside the monitored environment. Multiple mounting options provide installation flexibility.

Each unit includes a Traceable® Certificate documenting traceability to SI units through NIST or other recognized National Measurement Institutes. Guaranteed to have at least one year of calibration remaining on the certificate.
