The Memory-Loc platform provides secure long-term data retention with storage for over one million temperature readings. To preserve the integrity of monitoring records, the unit automatically stops logging when storage capacity is reached rather than overwriting existing data. This feature is particularly valuable in regulated environments and applications governed by strict record-retention requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 environments.

Smart-Alarm™ technology enables users to establish programmable high and low alarm limits in 1-degree increments. Audible alarms and flashing display indicators activate whenever temperatures exceed specified thresholds. Detailed alarm tracking records up to ten unique alarm events, documenting both temperature excursions and the return to acceptable conditions.

Logged temperature data can be transferred directly to a USB flash drive in CSV format without specialized software. The thermometer continues recording during data transfer, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring. Downloaded files can also be uploaded to a TraceableLIVE® cloud account for centralized record management and reporting.

The included platinum RTD stainless steel probe is attached to a 10-foot cable that allows freezer, refrigerator, or cryogenic storage doors to close securely while maintaining the display outside the monitored environment for convenient viewing.
