Overview: The PE1 PVC Dry Polymer Eductor, also known as a Hootonanny, is designed for efficient mixing, wetting, and activation of water-soluble polymers. This versatile eductor can also be used for other powder/solution mixing applications, making it an essential tool for various industrial processes.

Key Features:

• Material: Constructed from durable PVC with a super-smooth, non-stick, anti-static polypropylene interior lining, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Design: Includes 6 feet of 1" OD clear vinyl suction tubing for easy installation and maintenance.
• Functionality: Utilizes a Venturi Eductor mechanism for initial mixing and wetting of water-soluble polymers with water, creating a vacuum to efficiently disperse the polymer into the solution tank.
• Performance: Operates effectively at water pressures between 5 to 40 PSI and flow rates of 30 to 12 GPM, with optimal performance at 25-35 GPM and 10-20 PSI.
• Installation: Features a 3/4 inch threaded fitting for connection to a water line, ensuring proper water supply and optimal mixing results.

Specifications:

• Suction End: Fitted with the supplied plastic hose for easy polymer intake.
• Discharge End: Designed to be placed downward for thorough dispersion into the solution tank.
• Nominal Lift: Capable of lifting up to 5 feet, with a lift rate of 1 pound or 45 cubic inches of dry polymer per minute.
• Water Source: Requires a 3/4 inch Female NPT PVC pipe connection.
• Wetted Polymer Discharge: Utilizes a 1 inch PVC pipe for efficient polymer discharge.

Additional Options:

• Optional Funnel: A 10-inch diameter PVC funnel is available for enhanced feeding of water-soluble dry polymer without using the standard suction tubing.
• Optional Mixing Tank Clamp Mount: Provides secure mounting for the eductor over the solution mixing tank.
