SP Bel-Art Spindrive Orbital Vibrating Platform
The Spindrive Orbital Vibrating Platform converts a standard magnetic stirrer into a compact orbital vibrating unit, eliminating the need for additional dedicated lab equipment. When centered on a magnetic stirrer, the platform produces a 1.52 mm (1⁄16") orbital vibration suitable for plates, flasks, tubes, and other vessels. Vibration intensity is controlled directly by adjusting the magnetic stirrer speed. U.S. Patent 5,409,312.
The platform features a non-skid surface to prevent container movement and a spill-protective base that shields the operating mechanism. Built-in hand holds allow easy lifting and transport, and the unit supports loads up to 6.8 kg (15 lb).
